Jacksonville Chamber hosts ribbon cutting for Secret Cenote Hotel

Jacksonville Daily Progress, Texas Sat, November 9, 2024 at 10:59 PM CST1 min read The Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce welcomed new member Secret Cenote Hotel with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday. Owner Roland Browne, with Stonewater Roofing & Browne Diversified Interests , said an unforeseen circumstance postponed its opening but the suites of the Secret Cenote Hotel will soon be available for booking. The rooms, once available, will be booked online and guests will be given their own keypad code for entry. Each suite at the Secret Cenote is unique, from decorative pigmented flooring to modern industrial touches. Two of the rooms are 987 square feet and consist of two bedrooms and two baths, with a capacity for four guests. Two additional rooms, 600 square feet in size, consist of one bedroom and one bath and can accommodate two people. Every room has a security system, full kitchen and free in-suite washer and dryer along with other amenities. The Secret Cenote Hotel is located at 205 E. Commerce St. in downtown Jacksonville.
